Dupli offers one of the only fully automated online print ordering systems. It is this proprietary technology that eliminates manual touches and helps to ensure consistently high quality on time product.

When an order is submitted via DupliOnline, a job ticket is created within seconds. The job ticket contains all of the order information entered by the user (i.e. PO#, Cost Center, Quantity Ordered, Ship To Address, etc) as well as all of the "locked-in" brand identity specifications. This includes paper stock, ink color(s), logo, etc.

Each account is assigned a specific print day or group of days each week. This schedule is agreed to up front. When ready for press, orders are trafficked to our leading edge computer-to-plate technology which allows us to easily and quickly get orders to press.

Once printed, the order is shipped via our proprietary order shipping program that allows us to ship hundreds of packages each day. With a wand of the bar code, a UPS approved shipping label (with UPS scan code) and packing list are created. This information is automatically written back into our website for users to access.

Once shipped the order is electronically sent to our order billing program. In the end, technology makes near perfection possible by locking in your print specifications and eliminating manual touches. The results are extremely low error rates and consistently high quality.
